Monday to Friday 9am to 11am
Monday to Friday 2.45pm to 5.30pm

Reception Hours

8:30 am to 12:30 pm

The Receptionists are there to help. They are trained to ask questions to provide the most appropriate service. Please be courteous and help them to help you.

Monday to Friday :3:00 to 5:00pm

We welcome new patients and would ask you to complete a questionnaire for each family member in order to help us get to know you. All patients over the age of five will then be asked to make an appointment with the Nurse for a brief check-up.

The surgery is suitable for wheelchair access.

Data Protection Act
Regulations require the practice to be registered with the Data Protection Act 1998, the NHS confidentiality regulations adhered to and various other requirements. The Practice follows a strict protocol for information sharing with other health professionals.

Violent Patients
The practice policy is to report all violence or threats of violence to the police, which may lead to prosecution.

Suggestions/Complaints
We are here to provide the best service possible for you. If you have any suggestions on how we could improve this service, or are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please let us know. You can speak directly to the Practice Manager or any of the staff who will pass on your concerns to the Doctor. Alternatively, you can put your complaint in writing, or make an appointment with one of the Doctors to discuss your problems.
